A public hearing will be held before the Polk Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, at 6:00p.m. at the Polk Township Meeting Hall, 7680 State Route 309, Galion, Ohio, to hear a variance request from Mr. Jay VanPelt, 6974 Garber Rd., Bellville, OH 44813. Mr. VanPelt is seeking a zoning variance for the property located at 540 Brookview Dr., Galion, Ohio 44833, (Parcels #31-0609073000, #31-0609072000, and #31-0609070000). At the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will receive further determination by the zoning board of appeals.
